Club One Fitness members can select any one of up to 12 different audiovisual sources at the simple touch of a button. It is hard to be bored working out when you are watching your favorite programs! Strength Equipment Club One Fitness has two strength lines to tone and strengthen your muscles: LifeFitness and HammerStrength. The selectorized strength line (pin loaded, i.e., you select the weight by simply moving the pin). This strength line is smooth and easy. It provides appropriate weights that would be appropriate for someone in their 80s and, at the same time, competitive athletes. The club also provides plate-loaded equipment of Hammer Strength, which involves loading weighted plates on the machine.
