Taking Care of Your Children While You Workout: Club One Fitness' Daycare We have two goals at Club One Fitness daycare: (1) keeping your children safe, and (2) keeping them happy. Club One Fitness provides a safe, bright and spacious area for your children to play while you fit your workout into you life. Our child care area is staffed with trained personnel - most of whom have been with us for years - who love children. Our child care area has a big screen television, its own bathroom, tons of videos and toys, and a refrigerator.
