Programs and Classes

If you are like most people, you would love to find the magical and effortless way to lose weight and become healthier and stronger. Wouldn’t it be great if someone could just workout for you and you would reap all of the wonderful benefits? Well, since modern science hasn’t figured out a way to do this yet, we have the next best thing…fun classes and programs that make you not mind burning calories yourself! At Club One Fitness in Severna Park, our fitness classes run year round and are a part of all of our memberships. These classes include zumba, yoga, pilates, studio cycling, kickboxing and toning classes. Our boxing classes are included in our boxing membership and are a great way to lose weight and increase your lean muscle all in one class!

Program Times

Programs at Club One Fitness are short term, 4 or 6 weeks, and are centered around accomplishing a specific goal. That goal could be weight loss, learning a new skill such as self-defense, burning fat or increase lean muscle, or another shared interest. Some of our programs include boot-camp, women’s conditioning, women’s self defense, nutrition counseling, strength, agility and conditioning (think cross-fit) for adults and high school athletes, karate (for adults and children), total body fitness camp and our weight loss program called The Transformation Challenge.
