Our Facility at Club One Fitness We are extremely proud of our facility at Club One Fitness. It is hard to find a health club that is more aestically pleasing that our Severna Park/Millersville facility. Wide open space clean space with 40 foot ceilings, it has the look every health club covets. One member told me recently that it just "feels like home" when you walk in Club One. Club One Fitness is a full-service fitness center with the latest in fitness equipment. Our cardiovascular features Life Fitness treadmills, bikes (both recumbent and upright), elliptical trainers and stairmasters. Unique to this area, Club One Severna Park/Millersville has an Olympic-size boxing ring and full selection of heavy bags for individual boxing. Our enclosed basketball court is open at all times. Group exercise classes (starting January 8th) are held in the mornings and early evenings along with daycare to all members! Our sparkling clean locker rooms features showers, sauna, and tanning beds. Club One also has a fully loaded Oxygen Bar and wide array of fitness drinks and snacks. Our staff of personal trainers and instructors are here to serve you 365 days a year! Finally, and most importantly for many parents out there, we have a wonderful daycare program that is open 6 days a week for parents who want to sneak in a workout without being to far from their children.
