Services Offered at Club One Fitness

Club One Fitness is a full-service fitness center with the latest in fitness equipment.  Our cardio theatre features Life Fitness treadmills, bikes (both recumbent and upright), elliptical trainers and stairmasters.  Unique to this area, Club One Millersville has an Olympic-size boxing ring and full selection of heavy bags for individual boxing.  Our enclosed basketball court is open at all times.  Group exercise classes (starting January 8th) are held in the mornings and early evenings along with daycare to all members! Our sparkling clean locker rooms features showers, sauna, and tanning beds. Club One also has a fully loaded Oxygen Bar and wide array of fitness drinks and snacks. Our staff of personal trainers and instructors are here to serve you 365 days a year!
